About EP Green
EP trucks, kept simple
EP Green is EP Equipment's value range, built on its idea of "Lithium for Everyone": affordable lithium-ion trucks with a low total cost of ownership. The trucks are streamlined and service-light, focused on the core job rather than extra features, and EP supplies them direct from the factory with short lead times.
The Green trucks we sell are new, and they're built for lighter work: a few hours a day, loads up to 3 tonnes and lifts up to 4.8 m. If your trucks work long shifts or you need more height or battery, the EP Red range is the better buy over the life of the truck.

Is EP Green right for you?
A Green truck saves money when it matches the work. When it doesn't, you'll pay the difference back in charging stops and slower shifts. Here's how we decide.
Green is a good fit if
- The truck works a few hours a day, or a single shift
- Your loads are up to 3 tonnes and your racking is under 4.8 m
- It works mostly on smooth indoor floors
- You're replacing a hand pallet truck or an old diesel on a budget
- The standard specification does what you need
Choose Red or Pro instead if
- The truck works long or multiple shifts with few charging breaks
- You need to lift higher than 4.8 m, or heavier than 3 tonnes
- It spends much of the day on ramps, yards or trailers
- You need options such as a bigger battery or a different mast
- Downtime would hold up your whole operation

Questions about EP Green
What is the EP Green range?
EP Green is EP Equipment's value range: a streamlined line of simpler, lower-cost trucks. At Clearlift it has 10 models: 3-wheel and 4-wheel forklifts, stackers and ride-on pallet trucks, from 1 to 3 tonnes.
Is EP Green lower quality than EP Red?
Green trucks are simpler, not throwaway. They have fewer options, smaller batteries and lower lift heights than their Red equivalents, which is why they cost less. They're built for lighter work, and when they're used for that they do the job well. For long shifts or heavy use, a Red truck is the better buy.
Are EP Green trucks new?
Yes. Every EP Green truck we sell is new, and is delivered, commissioned and serviced by our own engineers. EP has also developed remanufactured electric trucks under its Green banner; ask us if you're interested in those.
Do EP Green trucks use lithium-ion batteries?
Most do. The Green forklifts and ride-on pallet trucks are lithium-ion, while some Green stackers, such as the ESR151 and RSC101, use sealed AGM batteries that need no watering. Each model page lists the battery.
What is the difference between EP Red, Green and Pro?
They are EP's three ranges. Green is the value range for lighter work. Red is the core range, with the widest choice. Pro is the premium range for intensive, heavy or high-lift work.
Can I hire an EP Green truck?
Yes. Every Green model is available on contract hire from 12 months, with servicing and repairs included. We don't do short-term hire.
