The F4 pallet truck is in stock and delivered within 1–2 days once payment is made. For other machines, we’ll confirm stock and a delivery date in your quote. We deliver on our own trailer anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Yes. We can bring a demo truck to your site so your drivers can try it on your own loads and ground, or you can see the range, including our automation demo warehouse, at our Navan depot.

Rated capacity is measured with the load’s centre 500 mm from the forks. It drops as you lift higher, carry longer loads or add attachments such as a side shift. Choose a truck with headroom over your heaviest load at your highest lift. We’ll check the load chart for your loads before you order.

A 3-wheel forklift turns almost on the spot, so it suits narrow aisles, trailers and busy warehouses with smooth floors. A 4-wheel forklift is steadier when lifting high, crossing dock plates and working on yards and ramps, and goes up to heavier loads.

A pallet truck lifts a pallet just clear of the floor (about 105 to 125 mm) to move it, for example from a trailer to a bay. A stacker has a mast and lifts pallets onto racking or other pallets, up to 5.5 m on EP’s walk-behind models. If you only move pallets along the floor, a pallet truck is cheaper and simpler.

Choose a reach truck if most of the work is putting pallets into and out of high racking indoors: the seated CQD16 Pro lifts to 9.65 m. Choose a counterbalance forklift if you also load trailers, work outside or cross ramps and yards. Many sites run both.

EP’s reach trucks need aisles of about 2.7 m for a standard pallet: 2,715 mm for the CQD16 Pro and 2,684 mm for the CQE12R, with 1000 × 1200 pallets crossways. Counterbalance forklifts need more: the EFL183, for example, needs 3,533 mm. Each model page lists the exact figures.

Walk-behind trucks suit short runs, smaller sites and occasional use. If your operators travel long distances across a warehouse or dock, or move many pallets an hour, a stand-on or platform ride-on truck is faster and less tiring. Several EP models have a fold-down platform so one truck can do both.

Yes. EP’s 4-wheel indoor/outdoor forklifts are built for yards as well as warehouses, with sealed electrics and models rated against water (the CPD20L1 is IPX4, for example). Pneumatic tyres, cabs and lights are available on many models.

In most cases, yes. EP’s 4-wheel EFL range is designed to do the work of diesel and LPG trucks, inside and out, and the high-capacity models go up to 25 tonnes. A 3-tonne electric truck uses about 76% less on energy than a diesel one.

Yes. We visit your site anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland, check aisle widths, door heights, floors, ramps and loads, and recommend the right machines in writing. There is no charge and no obligation.

Yes. Our mobile engineers cover all 32 counties from our depots in Navan, Co. Meath and Portadown, Co. Armagh, providing servicing, safety inspections and breakdown repairs across the whole island.

We aim for a same-day response, or next day depending on where you are. To report a breakdown, email service@clearlift.eu with your company name, the serial or fleet number of the truck, where it is and the fault. Our service team logs it and sends the nearest engineer.

No. We’re the exclusive EP Equipment dealer for Ireland and NI, and our servicing and repairs are for equipment supplied or hired by Clearlift. If you are replacing trucks from another brand, we can quote for new EP equipment or contract hire with servicing included.

They’re the statutory thorough examinations of lifting equipment such as forklifts. LOLER is the requirement in Northern Ireland. In the Republic, the examination is recorded on a GA1 report. We carry out both, and the records go straight into your online portal.

At least every 12 months, or every 6 months for equipment that lifts people, such as order pickers, unless a written examination scheme sets a different interval. Our engineers carry these out alongside servicing.

Use the Order Parts form on our service and parts page, or call us. Give us the model and serial number of the truck and, if you have it, the part number. We hold a large parts stock and our engineers can fit the part for you.

Every visit is logged in our online fleet management portal. Your report is there within 10 minutes of the engineer finishing, along with your inspection records, and you can see it 24/7 on any device.

Yes. On contract hire, all servicing, repairs and LOLER/GA1 inspections are included from 12 months. Ask us about a service contract for trucks you already own.

Operators must be trained and competent for the equipment they use. We do an operator handover with every delivery. For formal certified training, use an accredited trainer.
