Find Your Equipment — Clearlift
Step 1

What do you primarily need to do?

Select the option that best describes your main day-to-day requirement.

📦 Move pallets at floor level Collecting, transporting, and positioning pallets — no lifting to racking or shelving required. Electric Pallet Trucks
🏗️ Lift and stack pallets to racking or storage Raising full pallets up to shelving, racking levels, or stacking them on top of each other. Forklifts / Stackers / Reach Trucks
📋 Pick individual items from shelves at height Operator rides up to select boxes or individual items from racking — not whole pallet movement. Order Pickers
Move very heavy loads — 10 tonnes or more Port, quarry, heavy industrial, or large-scale manufacturing requiring specialist high-capacity machinery. High Capacity Forklifts

Where will the equipment operate?

This determines tyre type, chassis specification, and which models are suitable.

🏢 Indoors only Smooth warehouse, factory, or cold store floor — no outdoor or yard use at all.
🔄 Indoor and outdoor Moving between inside and outside, across loading docks, or regular yard access.
🌿 Mainly outdoors Yard, farm, building site, or open-air storage — outdoor conditions are the norm.

How high do you need to lift?

Think about the height of your tallest racking or the maximum height you need to reach.

📏 Up to 4.5 metres Lower racking, basic stacking — up to around 3–4 racking levels high. Stackers / 3-Wheel Forklifts
🏭 4.5 metres – 7.5 metres Standard to high warehouse racking — 4 to 6+ racking levels. 3-Wheel / Warehouse Forklifts
🏢 Over 7.5 metres Very high bay racking — tall narrow-aisle warehouses, up to 12.5 metres. Reach Trucks

What is your maximum load weight?

Think about the heaviest pallet or load you'll need to lift on a regular basis.

⚖️ Up to 1,600kg Standard pallets, lighter warehouse goods, food and beverage, retail stock. Electric Stackers
🔩 1,600kg – 2,000kg Heavier pallets, manufacturing, engineering, or production loads. 3-Wheel or Warehouse Forklifts
🏋️ 2,000kg – 2,500kg Heavy industrial or production loads — at the top end of standard forklift capacity. Warehouse Forklifts (4-Wheel)

How would you describe your aisle space?

This determines whether a compact 3-wheel or a standard 4-wheel machine suits your layout.

↔️ Tight or narrow aisles Limited space to turn — narrow aisles, congested floor plan, or compact facility. 3-Wheel Forklift
🏬 Standard warehouse aisles Comfortable turning space available — normal warehouse or factory layout. Warehouse Forklift (4-Wheel)

How many hours a day will it run?

This affects battery size and whether Lithium-Ion charging is essential for your operation.

☀️ Single shift Up to 8 hours a day — standard working day or part-day operation.
🌙 Double shift 8 to 16 hours a day — extended operation or two-crew shift pattern.
Around the clock 16+ hours or near-continuous 24/7 operation.
