Quiet, zero-exhaust EP reach trucks, pallet trucks, order pickers and forklifts for pharmaceutical plants, medtech manufacturers and healthcare distributors, with the service records your auditors ask for.
The price is on every truck we have in stock.
From goods in and the weigh point to high racking, picking and production. Pick a job to see where it happens and the truck we'd usually suggest, with the price if we have one in stock.
We don't claim cleanroom certification. What we offer is clean, quiet, well-maintained electric equipment, with the records to prove it.
Exhaust, fuel and battery acid have no place near medicines or devices.
Our answer: all-electric EP trucks, with sealed lithium-ion batteries. Nothing to burn or spill.
Lead-acid means acid, charging gas, watering and spill kits to manage.
Our answer: lithium-ion, topped up on breaks, with no watering and no battery swaps.
GMP and GDP auditors want to see equipment maintained and examined on schedule.
Our answer: every service, repair and thorough examination logged by our own engineers.
Pharma warehouses hold a lot of stock in narrow, high racking.
Our answer: seated reach trucks lifting to 9.65 m, and 3-wheel forklifts for tight aisles.
Goods in and out often need weighing for records and shipping.
Our answer: the F4 pallet truck with a built-in scale, weighing as it moves.
If a truck has to enter a classified area, or needs explosion protection, tell us at the start. We check the requirement with EP before we quote. A site survey is free for five or more trucks.
Pallet trucks, a stacker, an order picker and 3-wheel forklifts in our yards today. Prices exclude VAT. Forklift hire is a weekly price on a 12-month contract; pallet trucks are hired as part of a fleet.
See everything in stock. Reach trucks and the weigh-scale F4 are ordered new from the EP factory; ask for a price and a delivery date.
Stores to production, production to dispatch: the same pallet trip, all day. EP automated pallet trucks run it on their own, beside your people, with no changes to your building. The film shows an X-Mover at Mannok Packaging. Start with one truck on one route, from €12,000 ex VAT or €450 a month on contract hire.
For a regulated site we look at your aisles, racking, floors, loads and any controlled areas before we recommend anything, and we put it in writing for your quality team.
"During the recent renewal process for our fleet of trucks Clearlift listened to what we required, got an understanding of our daily operation by carrying out a full site survey and responded in a professional fashion with a very competitive proposal."
Your quality system covers your equipment. Here's where we help.
Medicines wholesalers need an HPRA authorisation and must follow Good Distribution Practice. Clean, maintained and documented equipment supports that.
We log every service, repair and examination for each truck, so you can show auditors its history.
Forklifts need a thorough examination at least every 12 months, or every 6 months if used to lift people (S.I. 299/2007). Our engineers carry out and certify these GA1 examinations.
LOLER (NI) 1999 sets the same intervals. Our Portadown engineers carry out LOLER examinations across all six counties.
