Where are your offices?

We have two depots: Navan, Co. Meath (Halltown, Dunderry, C15 N8C4) for the Republic of Ireland, and Portadown, Co. Armagh (Unit 3 Carn Drive, Carn Industrial Estate, BT63 5WJ) for Northern Ireland.

What are your opening hours?

Both offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Outside those hours you can WhatsApp us or send a message and we'll come back to you the next working day.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within a few hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm). WhatsApp and phone are the fastest ways to reach us.

My forklift has broken down. What should I do?

Email service@clearlift.eu with your company name, the serial or fleet number of the truck, where it is and the fault. We aim for a same-day breakdown response. See service & parts for more.

Do you cover all of Ireland and Northern Ireland?

Yes. Our mobile engineers and delivery team cover all 32 counties from Navan and Portadown.

Can I see machines before I buy?

Yes. Our Navan depot is also our EP demo centre, including our automation demo warehouse. Get in touch to arrange a visit or a demo.
