What makes the RPL251 work
The RPL251 bridges the 2 tonne and 3 tonne ride-ons. It's built for heavier pallets on long runs.
Built for 2.5 tonnes
A reinforced chassis and larger counterweight carry 2,500 kg with confidence. Stabilising wheels add steadiness.
Safe on slopes and corners
Anti-rollback braking holds the truck on ramps. It slows automatically when cornering.
Fold-down suspended platform
The suspended platform cushions long runs, and protective side arms guard the operator. Fold it away when space is tight.
Precise control
Proportional electric steering and a creep speed mode help place pallets accurately. Improved visibility helps in narrow aisles.
Lithium power
A 24V 205Ah lithium-ion battery charges through an external plug. It suits opportunity charging and needs no maintenance.

How is the RPL251 different from the RPL201?
It carries 2,500 kg against 2,000 kg on a reinforced chassis with a larger counterweight. It travels at 5.5 km/h laden against 7.5 km/h, and turns in 1,790 mm against 1,700 mm. See the RPL201.
How is it different from the RPL301?
They share the same frame and dimensions. The RPL301 carries 3,000 kg and has a stronger 2.5 kW drive against 1.6 kW.
How much aisle space does it need?
EP gives 2,590 mm for 1000 x 1200 pallets crossways and 2,447 mm for 800 x 1200 pallets lengthways.
Can it climb ramps with a full load?
EP rates it at 6% laden and 16% empty, with anti-rollback braking.
What battery does it use?
