What the XQD40T does
When parts go to the line in trolleys or cages rather than on pallets, a tow tractor moves more per trip than any pallet truck. The XQD40T pulls a train of trolleys round a fixed milk-run on its own.
It is the classic line-feeding robot for assembly and manufacturing plants: same route, same stops, every hour of the shift.

What can the XQD40T tow?
Trains of trolleys, cages and carts up to 3.0 t or 4.5 t depending on the version. We check your trolleys and hitches at the site survey.
Tow tractor or automated pallet truck for line feeding?
If parts already move on trolleys, a tugger train moves more per trip. If they move on pallets or cages a pallet truck can pick up, the XP15 is simpler.
