What the XQE122 does
The XQE122 is a fully autonomous stacker. It builds a 3D map of your building with SLAM navigation, so it needs no reflectors, magnets or floor tape, then picks pallets up and stacks them into racking or block stacks up to 4.5 m on its own.
We run one in our Navan demo warehouse. Watch the clip on this page, then come and see it lift crates into the racking yourself.

Finds its own way
3D SLAM navigation builds a map of the building and plans its own path around obstacles.
Sees the pallet
Fork-tip lidar checks the pallet pockets and the space before every lift.
Stacks to 4.5 m
Puts pallets into racking or block stacks, not just on the floor.
Charges itself
Goes to its charger when idle or low, so it is ready for the next job.
Zoned safety
Its detection area is split into safety zones that slow it down and then stop it.
Handles odd loads
Pallets, gitterboxes, frames and oversized loads.
From first call to robot running in about four weeks
Most of our deployments go live in around four weeks. A standard one-task set-up is installed, programmed, tested and handed over in one day, with minimal downtime for your team.
- Day 1
Call & demo
A 15-minute call about your routes, then a demo in our Navan automation centre if you want one.
- Week 1
Site survey
We walk your site, or you send a walkthrough video and a few drawings. We map the routes worth automating.
- Week 1-2
Scope & proof
We agree the task, the success measures and a proof of concept, and fix your install date within 48 hours of the go-ahead.
- Week 2-3
Delivery from stock
Your EP robot ships from European stock and arrives in about a week.
- Week 3-4
Install & support
Installed, programmed, tested and your team trained in a day. Then Clearlift support, and more routes when you want them.

No reflectors, magnets or floor tape. It maps the building with 3D SLAM. It does need Wi-Fi coverage and a charger point, which we plan at the site survey.
How high can the XQE122 stack?
Up to 4.5 m with loads up to 1,200 kg.
Can I see the XQE122 working?
Yes. It runs in our Navan demo warehouse, Co. Meath.
