Features
What makes the F4-WITH-SCALE work
This is the F4 pallet truck with a scale added. The weighing system is what you are paying for, so here is how it works alongside the truck.
Four load cells
The weighing system uses four load cells feeding a digital display. EP quotes an accuracy of ±0.1%, so you get a useful reading the moment the pallet is lifted.
Print the weight
An optional built-in printer (with the RAVAS 2100 display) prints gross, tare and net weight. It works in kilograms or pounds, handy for delivery notes and stock records.
Display on its own power
The scale display runs on four AA batteries with an auto-off feature, separate from the truck's drive battery. Weighing doesn't draw on the battery that moves the load.
Removable lithium battery
The truck itself runs on a 24V 20Ah lithium-ion battery that plugs in and out. Keep a spare charged and swap it over when needed, with no watering or maintenance.
Still compact
The scale adds a little weight and length over the standard F4. It weighs 155 kg, measures 425 mm to the fork face and turns in 1,380 mm, so it still fits busy goods-in areas.
Simple to drive
It travels at 4 km/h laden and 4.5 km/h empty, with an electromagnetic brake. Optional castor wheels add stability on the move.

Questions about the F4-WITH-SCALE
How is it different from the standard F4?
It adds the weighing system: four load cells, a digital display and an optional printer. The truck is slightly heavier at 155 kg against 120 kg, 25 mm longer to the fork face, and turns in 1,380 mm against 1,360 mm. If you don't need to weigh, the F4 is the simpler choice.
How accurate is the scale?
EP states an accuracy of ±0.1% from its four load cells. That suits checking deliveries, dispatch weights and stock counts as part of normal handling.
Can it print a weight ticket?
Yes, with the optional built-in printer. It prints gross, tare and net weight in kg or lb.
What powers the scale?
The display runs on four AA batteries with automatic switch-off. The truck runs on its own removable 24V 20Ah lithium-ion battery.
Can it climb ramps with a load?
EP rates it at 5% laden and 16% empty, so it suits gentle ramps rather than steep dock plates. For steeper ramps, look at a heavy-duty truck from the warehouse range.
