Features
What makes the JX0 work
The JX0 is the smallest of EP's order pickers. It's designed for picking items from shelves rather than moving pallets.
Small footprint
At 750 mm wide and 1,440 mm long, with a 1,260 mm turning radius, the JX0 gets into aisles and store rooms that bigger pickers can't. It weighs 800 kg, so it's easy on floors too.
Simple two-hand control
A mini steering wheel sits under the left hand and speed and direction under the right. Operators pick it up quickly and drive it smoothly.
Speed drops as you rise
Travel speed is cut automatically as the platform goes up. At ground level it travels at 6 km/h laden.
Safety on the platform
Gate locking, operator presence detection, electromagnetic braking and a blue warning light come as standard. The operator can't drive off with the gate open.
Clear display
An LCD screen shows battery level, travel direction and operating hours at a glance. It helps supervisors keep track of use and charging.
Lead-acid or lithium-ion
Choose a 24V 120Ah lead-acid or 135Ah lithium-ion battery. Lithium needs no maintenance and can be topped up in breaks.

Questions about the JX0
How high can the JX0 pick?
The platform rises to 3.0 m, which gives a picking height of about 4.5 m. That reaches most shop and stock-room shelving without ladders.
How is the JX0 different from the JX1?
The JX0 is smaller: 750 mm wide with a 1,260 mm turning radius. The JX1 raises its platform up to 4.88 m for picks to about 6.3 m, with a 24V 224Ah battery and AC drive. Choose the JX0 for tight spaces, the JX1 for taller racking.
Will it fit my aisles?
At 750 mm wide and turning in 1,260 mm, it suits narrow aisles in stores and small warehouses. Send us your aisle widths and we'll confirm.
Lead-acid or lithium-ion?
Lead-acid (120Ah) suits regular single shifts with an overnight charge. Lithium-ion (135Ah) needs no watering and can be topped up in breaks.
What floors does it need?
It has 35 mm of ground clearance and climbs up to 5% laden, so it's for smooth, level indoor floors. It isn't designed for ramps or outdoor use.
Can I hire the JX0?
Yes, on contract hire from 12 months, with servicing and repairs included in one fixed monthly payment. We don't offer short-term hire. See forklift hire.
How much does the JX0 cost?
