Features

What makes the EFL303S work

The S in EFL303S means more power. It keeps the EFL303's frame and size but adds stronger motors and a larger battery.

More power than the EFL303

A 17 kW drive motor and 26 kW lift motor replace the 10 kW and 16 kW units of the standard EFL303. Travel rises to 16 km/h laden and lift speed to 0.4 m/s laden.

Better on slopes

The S drive takes the EFL303S up a 20% slope with a full load, 25% empty. The standard EFL303 manages 15%, so if your yard has a ramp or a steep dock plate, this is the 3 tonne truck to look at.

Larger 230Ah battery

The 80V lithium-ion battery steps up to 230Ah. It needs no watering, and you can top it up in breaks to keep going through the shift.

Joystick controls available

The S can be ordered with hydraulic fingertip controls on the armrest instead of levers. Forks, the fourth function, direction, horn and emergency stop all sit under the operator's fingers.

Built on an engine-truck chassis

It uses the frame of EP's T8 internal combustion range with a slimmer counterweight. Large solid tyres and 185 mm of clearance under the wheelbase handle rough yards.

All-weather options

A glass-roofed overhead guard is standard. A windscreen, semi-cab, full cab, heater and A/C can be added for winter work outside.

Questions about the EFL303S

How is the EFL303S different from the EFL303?

Same chassis and 3 t capacity, but stronger motors (17 kW drive, 26 kW lift), a 230Ah battery instead of 205Ah, 16 km/h laden instead of 11, and 20% gradeability laden instead of 15%.

How does it compare to the EFL303P?

The P has a much larger 460Ah battery and goes faster, at 19 km/h laden with 22% gradeability. The S suits busy single shifts, the P long or multiple shifts.

Can the EFL303S work outside?

Yes. Large solid tyres, 185 mm of ground clearance and a rain-proofed charging port suit yard work. Cab, heater and A/C options make it usable year-round.

Can I get joystick controls?

Yes. The S and P versions can be fitted with hydraulic fingertip controls on the armrest in place of mechanical levers, which reduces strain over a long shift.

Can it replace my diesel forklift?

For a 3 t diesel that works hard, it's a strong match, with 16 km/h laden and good gradeability. Send us your loads, distances and ground conditions and we'll confirm.
