Product Application

The RQL151/201 series is perfectly suited for distribution centers, logistics hubs, and warehouses requiring efficient high stacking and load handling. Its counterbalance design without straddle legs allows for handling a variety of pallets, while the foldable platform with protective arms makes it adaptable for both short pedestrian tasks and long-distance travel. With precise proportional control and a retractable mast, it ensures smooth load handling of fragile or valuable goods. Optional cold storage adaptations further broaden its usability across different industries.

Features

Versatile design with foldable platform

The RQL151/201 supports both pedestrian and ride-on operation, offering excellent maneuverability in narrow aisles and efficiency in long-distance travel. Its counterbalance design handles multiple pallet types, and the retractable mast extends forward for smooth load placement without repositioning.

Reliable lithium power system

Both models come equipped with maintenance-free Li-ion batteries: 24V/205Ah for the RQL151 and up to 24V/280Ah for the RQL201. The dedicated external charging port with protective cover ensures durability against dust and water, supporting flexible opportunity charging.

Smooth and precise operation

With its upgraded AC drive and hydraulic systems, the RQL151/201 ensures precise control of lifting, lowering, and mast reach. The proportional tiller head provides smooth handling, while mast buffering technology minimizes sway, making it ideal for fragile goods handling.

Easy serviceability and reduced downtime

Designed for user-friendly maintenance, the truck features a durable AC motor and a simple six-bolt removable front cover for quick inspections. This reduces service interruptions, ensuring higher productivity and lower total cost of ownership.
