All of our customers have access to our online Fleet Management System (FMS), enabling them to monitor maintenance and repair activity and to assist in meeting their health and safety obligations. FMS also enables customers to report breakdowns online 24/7 and to access their account information. All data relating to your equipment is held within the FMS in pdf format and many different analysis reports can be generated using the stored electronic data. The system alerts a nominated person by email of our engineer's visits with a detailed signed visit report enabling you to manage and keep track of your equipment repairs remotely.
